Mentor Meeing Minutes Dec.23,2011

Discussed Jan 7 Kick Off 2 teachers and three students going to the Scence Centre to take part in the kickoff and bring back the Kit of Parts (KOP) . It was decided the rest of the team will meet on Jan. 7th at 0900 at the school to watch the direct feed and do the following:

• electronic inventory control and parts person
• download the rule book and remove encryption and print
• discuss safe conceptualization guidelines
• Mentor to visit from Kingston
• Brainstorm preliminary ideas
• register all team members on STIMS
• taking pics and video from day 1at the Science Centre

Sunday Jan 8, 2011 meet in the morning at 0900 at the school to do breakouts on a, the rules, the robot, the game and frame up the box for the measuring of the robot
